Up until recently, Bubba Nabors’ diet featured just two staples:
Grilled cheese sandwiches and Mac & cheese.
Like every other 8-year-old, right? His twin obsessions haven’t seemed to have hurt Bubba any, as this young man is a talented baseball player to the core – when he’s not working in his food truck helping others, that is. Yes, his food truck – from which he fulfills a goal he told his dad about a couple of years ago: feeding the homeless.
The family pays for almost all of their supplies out-of-pocket, but gratefully accept donations – and you can find Bubba’s Cheese Box in downtown Dallas whenever he’s not playing ball.
Just call him the Grilled Cheese King.
