“Dusty Attics” debuts on KLUV this Saturday night. Meet my first guest.
For six years, she served the Fox 4 viewing audience as a staff meteorologist, and a very good one at that.
And then one day, she was gone.
Why would anyone just up and leave a plum job in one of the biggest media markets in the United States? Well, if you know Jennifer Myers now, it wouldn’t come as that big of a surprise. And if you don’t, just wait until you meet her. That’s just one of Jen’s stories, though – and this Saturday night through her favorite songs, she joins me to tell them.
Make sure you tune in right after Jody Dean’s Saturday Night Special for the premier of Dusty Attics, starting at 11pm. I know for a lot of people that’s late, and eventually we’ll run an encore broadcast on our KLUV’s HD2 channel. But for now, I promise if you stay up, we’ll make it worth the effort.
That’s Jody Dean’s all-request and dedication Saturday Night Special starting at 7, followed by Dusty Attics at 11…on 98.7 KLUV.
Before leaving TV for her new Job at Oncor, Jen shot a video showing how long it took to get “ready” for TV. It immediately went viral. Want to see how much time it take just to get ready for the cameras? You can watch it right here.
